MMT have achieved UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency approval for their ECDIS operator training courses.
The Scottish based company are the first commercial company to achieve this prestigious accreditation, which now allows them to provide STCW 95 accredited ECDIS training. as mandated by the International Maritime Organisation
Commenting on the achievement, the company's Managing Director, Wynne Edwards, said... " We have been working towards this approval for some time. MMT has developed and continues to develop significant expertise in the delivery of bespoke and mandated marine technology training. It is extremely gratifying to receive this level of endorsement for our dedication and efforts at ensuring and maintaining the necessary standards in bridge technology training delivery"
MMT will deliver approved ECDIS operator training from its Stonehaven base and, as previously from locations determined by clients, adhering to the "Mobile" element of its corporate philosophy.
