Current technical support and problem solving within the marine technology field is provided via telephone and/or email. Both solutions are highly labour intensive and not particularly ‘user friendly’.
MMT will create a library of fully animated solutions utilising a number of media forms to which clients will gain access online. By following graphic displays, problem solving will be easier and more user friendly. Simultaneously‘back office’ software will monitor activity thereby providing accurate feedback on problem trends and suggested software patches or solutions for manufacturers.
